Citra is currently available for Windows, Linux, and Mac (OS X). Hopefully one day it will be available for Android and iPhone / iPad devices as well. Here's a Snoopy platformer game that runs at full speed on the Citra emulator via my Windows 10 PC. It's surprisingly decent–give it a try if you are a Charlie Brown/Snoopy fan.
