There’s actually a bunch of different glitches/strategies that you could use to beat Insane 16 (I didn’t realize it when I made the video), so even if you don’t have a max Bo, you might still be able to beat Insane 16
try calculating the percentage of getting this combo

I won insane 8 or idk i we were 3 bos and i was tge only one without gadget but we still managed to perma stun the boss
